It is critical to understand the distinction between professional psychotherapy and relationship coaching.

Therapy is a clinical mental health service available only to clients physically located in Colorado. It involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Relationship Coaching
Coaching is educational and developmental. It focuses on improving communication and strengthening patterns but is not mental health treatment or crisis intervention.
